It was shot like lightning
A arrowhead shot to pierce my heart
Trying to dodge would be useless
Being lightning it is invisible to the human eye
But just as it nears my heart
It is repelled by a brilliant golden light
“CLANG!”, a beautiful sound
The sound of steel striking steel
The armor before my eyes is not beautiful at all and as unrefined as the cold night.
The sound wasn't beautiful at all.
It was actually the sound of steel.
It's just that the knight is beautiful enough to turn it into a charming sound like a bell.
“I ask of you, are you my master?”
The woman before me asks, warming the room with her delicate tone alone
Hearing my awestruck silence she speaks again.
“I have come forth in response to your summons.”
She speaks again her voice commanding forcing me to speak.
“W-who are you?”
My voice croaks at her.
Her beautiful image frowns for one brief moment, before turning to the perpetrator that had attempted to kill me just moments before.
“Do not worry anymore master, I will defeat the enemy, we may talk later.”
She speaks with such authority in her voice I can only nod my head.
Faster than I could feasibly comprehend the beautiful knight launches forward to the woman that had nearly killed me.
I was shook out of my dazed state by a hand shaking my shoulder
“Sammeal we need to go!”
Just Then a bright yellow and red light blinded me, forcing me into unconsciousness.
