I am not writing this because of any incidents but I thought it was important to make a point in case of any risk of incident (This is like a disclaimer I suppose) ;
This is a complaints board, sometimes there may be complaints that offend you.
If you want to make a complaint specifically with the intent to upset individuals or a group,please do not make it,it is unpleasant and only upsets
When making a complaint in this board, you are not trying to offend anyone.
If you are offended by the complaint please consult a member of staff eg: If you think it's an attack on you.
DO NOT: Reply to the thread with insults, that only causes unneeded drama
DO NOT: Make a complaint thread about said complaint (we don't want complaintception do we)
DO: Respect each-others opinions
You can: Ask more about the complaint, why they feel it is an important issue etc:
You can: Provide friendly advice
You can: Have a civil debate about it
Thank you for reading! You don't /have/ to listen to me but it keeps things friendly
PS: Feel free to complain about my excessive use of colours in this thread
