So, this is VampireBloxEater here (if you didn't realize), and I'd like to address to the community what I'd like to contribute, and what I will be doing specifically to help make Beacon better.
1. RP Coach
So, of course, with a public community such as Beacon, we will get members with varying levels of role play experience/skill. So of course, we may get good role players that, well.. Aren't the greatest at it. For example, someone who uses incorrect grammar, and doesn't show any variation between their actions and dialogue. So, instead of leaving this people to suffer eternally, I'd hope to be the one to help them out. I'm not trying to say I am a master rper, but I believe I definitely can help newbies to roleplaying out.
Basically, I intend to become a "RP Coach" for newer roleplayers in Beacon to help them learn.
2. Help the Unapplied with creating their OC
Okay, this one might be a bit iffy to do, but if any Unapplied PMs me for help in OC creation, I will happily do so as soon as possible. I'm not the "Master OC creator" but I'm very proud of creations such as Roy Balor and Mauve Anastaysia, simple yet immersive OCs (in my opinion). Of course, I will not help with the questions on the OC sheet, but everything is open if you need help with it. I will also not create your OC for you. Just some suggestions that may help you if you are struggling with character creation.
3. Weekly Missions/Events(?):
This one is EXTREMELY IFFY. School is currently in session for me, and sometimes I will be too busy to host a mission. But for now, I hope to do a weekly mission every Saturday @5pm EST. I hope to keep Beacon fun and maybe these missions will add on to this.
ALSO! Students and Hunters can ALWAYS send ideas for missions/events to me, and I would happily help you host them! It does not have to be only me doing this missions, I'd like to get the Students/Hunters involved too. It can all range from Grimm slaying, to stopping kidnappers, to.. Performing a play?
So, now answer the poll. Do you like my ideas?

Can I help? I'm so good a designing OC's that Rooster Teeth literally stole from me.
Cyan hair? Check. Fears water? Check. Uses electricity? Check.
Clearly, Neptune is just a (well-made) ripoff of Shift.
Of course, in all seriousness, I have some opinions on OC making in general.

Ok, I can kinda see the weekly thing relating to the G-Arcs but still.. how I held acting class, G-arcs are self explanatory and aided in OC creation. Not trying to steal your thunder, if anything, you're basically me when I had time to do all of that. Good job on become a more successful human being. |

Highkey if a user needed help in a simple answer-these-questions-and-you-can-even-use-google-and-follow-the-OC-sheet-guideline-and-rules, they're probably not even worth RPing with and will only cause more pain and trouble.

The mistake in life you shouldn't make is assuming that strangers are intelligent. Most aren't though, because this is a low-aged environment. No offence. But I do agree about that, so it's kind of pointless. All people need is to be more mature and have manners while thinking for others instead of themselves. Maybe some Roleplay Experience and skill would be nice too, but he hasn't started RP Coaching. |
